Directly following the successful POSsign eSignature project (“Z-Sign”), POSsignflow is now also realized to initiate multistage electronic signature processes.

From now on, contracts can be loaded securely on Zürich Versicherung’s POSportal platform and signed electronically by various parties (both internal and external) using POSsignflow.

The project was primarily expedited by the Zürich DMS department together with the HR and Legal divisions. It replaced the solution of a major international competitor.

Since the HR and Legal divisions often require documents to have a qualified electronic signature (QES), the QES of Swisscom was also integrated as an additional signature method.
