A1 Telekom Austria is expanding its “Mein Tipp” mobile sales solution with the module for central document distribution.

The Central Document Distribution (ZDV) takes over the task of providing all mobile devices with specific information and managing it from a central location.

With the “in the cloud” storage, the ZDV represents an alternative to all file sharing apps that are hosted “somewhere” under external control on the Internet and are only suitable for private use due to the questionable data security. The POS.portal server and thus also the POS.box are in the LAN of A1 Telekom and are therefore subject to the standard company policy.

Using a role and user concept, files and information can be distributed to specific recipients and / or recipient groups (integration into Active Directory) and saved there offline. For the employees concerned, this means that the latest product information and price lists are always available on their iPads.

At A1 Telekom, the ZDV is currently configured so that each employee can also create a favorites folder. There he can link frequently used documents and / or create a private folder to store individual information.

The information is e.g. B. on the tablet so that after the information presentation can be seamlessly transferred to the prospect data entry. The generated data record is then automatically linked to the event.
